High grade Longines for Russell’s solid silver with mint dial, fully original and authentic wristwatch.

15 jewels movement serviced and perfect working. New genuine leather band with 925 silver buckle. 

Case: 
 

Case material - solid silver 925 purity, fully hallmarked for British Assay Office, Chester.

Case was made by Thomas Russell (and Chester was their regular assay office)

 Watch & watch case manufacturer, Slater Street, Liverpool, marked «T.R».
Measures 48 mm in diameter (excluding crown).

Case is in good condition after carefully hand polishing. 

All covers opening and closes in perfect with good click.

Movement: 

This movement appears to be a Longines that was labeled for T.R. Russell. Which when reading the inscription says it was sold by the Russell firm. Longines was a Swiss maker that produced many watch sand exported them to many countries.

This high grade movement is signed Russells,18 Church Street, Liverpool. Machine made Keyless Lever.

Open Face Longines mechanical movement with pin set Caliber 20.52 with 15 jewels, blued steel overcoiled hairspring, bimetallic balance.

Movement have Longines emblem (wings with sand watch) on the balance cock under regulator.

This high grade movement is signed Russells,18 Church Street, Liverpool. Machine made Keyless Lever.

Movement richly gilded and in good condition, sets and runs perfect and keeping good time. 

Winding perfect and has 36 hours power reserve. 

Dial: 

White porcelain dial in mint condition (no chips or hairlines), with blue hands. Hour marks are black Roman numerals.
Dial signed «Russells’». 
Mineral glass – new old stock. 

Bracelet/strap:
 

Quality genuine leather watch strap with sterling silver buckles on the wrist size from 18.5 cm.

Lug width 26 mm.

Fastenings of band and buckle are used standard removable watch pins.

Buckle and roller band material - solid 925 silver.
